I’d had my eye on the Malibu Pink Cloud Pullover Hoodie ever since I discovered CozyGhost and couldn’t wait for it to come back in stock. When it finally did, I ordered it immediately. Unfortunately, it arrived with damage to the front that couldn’t be fixed without leaving a noticeable mark or hole.
I emailed CozyGhost, and they responded promptly, asking for a few photos and a video of the damage. The process was quick and easy, and by the next day they had apologized and offered to replace my hoodie with any Cloud Pullover they had in stock. Although I was disappointed that the Malibu Pink was no longer available, I had another design in mind, and they shipped it out right away.
Overall, I’m giving CozyGhost a 5/5 ⭐️. Their customer service was fast, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. Thank you, CozyGhost, for resolving my issue so quickly and for making the replacement process so easy.

Super soft and beautiful colour
A friend gifted me a heavyweight hoodie and I loved it so much I decided to buy a cloud style. I think I love the cloud even more! The ivy colour is a perfect deep green and the fabric is so soft. I am bringing it on my next flight as an emotional support hoodie 😁

Second pair of pants and, though they are both the same size, the second pair is smaller/shorter in length. It ends up working out for me because the first pair are a bit too long. Lol. Size discrepancy aside, still super cozy :)

This is my third Cozy Ghost hoodie and of course I had to make it a set with matching pants because Kool Aid Man is my middle name.
I have decided to heal my dysfunctional relationship with purple through complete immersion.
I wear this sweatsuit over my gym clothes and am camouflaged against the gym’s purple carpet. Nobody knows I am there until I spring suddenly into existence by hulking out of it mid lift. It’s very alarming to others and buys me a bit of personal space.
When I am done I disappear into it again amid astonished gasps and murmurs.
My special suit makes up for what I lack in super powers. Like Batman!
