Refund policy
*Currently, we offer exchanges and returns for store credit to Canadian customers only. [We do not offer international returns/exchanges, as the customs/duties fees going both directions are simply ludicrous at this time.]

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, void of pet hair, void of perfumes/colognes, and in its original packaging. [If the item is not in this condition, the return will be denied, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you.] You’ll also need the digital receipt or proof of purchase. Once a return is initiated, you are eligible for either an exchange or store credit for the value of the item.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping at this time.
We do not offer refunds at this time.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like custom products (such as pre-orders, limited edition items, and personalized items).
All sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Store Credit
If you don’t want to exchange your item (for a different size/colour etc) we will happily give you store credit for the price of the item you are returning.
