WHY HASN'T MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?

We aim to have all orders packed + shipped out in 1-3 business days. [Of course, this time frame is expected to extend during sales/holidays/etc.]

HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY COZY GHOST CLOTHING?

For all items: We recommend that you wash your new items inside out, in cold water, on a gentle setting, and separately from your other clothes (as it is possible for the new apparel's colour to run slightly). From then on, simply wash them in cold water on a gentle setting - and hang to dry.
