Are there any shipping delays?
Please allow 1-3 business days(outside of launch and sales days) for us to pack & ship your order.
Our warehouse staff is working around the clock to get your order out on time!
*During busy launches and restocks, please allow a minimum of 4 business days for us to pack & ship your order.*
When it comes to our team fulfilling your order – there are currently no delays! However, there may be delays with the carrier when your package is in transit. These updates can be found via your tracking number.
If you have any questions about your area specifically, we recommend contacting your local post office or customs office for details.
Will I have to pay custom fees/duties?
Since Cozy Ghost is based in Canada, any order that is being shipped outside of Canada *may be subject to customs fees/taxes based on the retail value of the package. These fees are not determined by us, nor are they within our control. These fees are the responsibility of the package receiver.
Orders shipped to the U.S. may be charged import duties/taxes on delivery (effective Aug 29, 2025, the U.S. suspended duty-free treatment for low-value shipments). These fees are set by U.S. customs/carriers and aren’t controlled by Cozy Ghost.
If you have questions about any billed import fees/taxes, or would like a more detailed outline of what to expect when your package arrives, we recommend contacting your local customs office or the carrier company that’s responsible for delivering your package.
What if my package is being sent back to you?
Some packages are 'Returned to Sender' due to address issues, failed delivery attempts, unpaid duties, etc. Whatever the reason may be, you're in good hands and we can reship your package no problem! Contact us at info@cozyghost.ca with your order details (order number and name) if you think your package has been returned to us.
Why hasn't my package been shipped out yet?
We aim to have all orders packed + shipped out in 1-3 business days. [Of course, this time frame is expected to extend during sales/holidays/etc.]
If your order contains an item that was purchased as a "pre-order," the entire order will be packed + shipped out as one when the preorder item arrives here.
