Are there any shipping delays?

Please allow 1-3 business days(outside of launch and sales days) for us to pack & ship your order.

Our warehouse staff is working around the clock to get your order out on time!

*During busy launches and restocks, please allow a minimum of 4 business days for us to pack & ship your order.*

When it comes to our team fulfilling your order – there are currently no delays! However, there may be delays with the carrier when your package is in transit. Below are live updates on any delays we know about with our current carrier companies.

Canada Post is experiencing various delays in regards to processing through customs and clearance from Canada to all international countries. We've been made aware that the delivery setbacks and, unfortunately, this is out of our control and has been unexpected for the shipping carriers.

If you have any questions about your area specifically, we recommend contacting your local post office or customs office for the details. We hope that optimal delivery speeds can resume as soon as possible.

Will I have to pay custom fees/duties?

Since Cozy Ghost is based in Canada, any order that is being shipped outside of Canada *may be subject to customs fees/taxes based on the retail value of the package. These fees are not determined by us, nor are they within our control. These fees are the responsibility of the package receiver.

If you have questions about any billed import fees/taxes, or would like a more detailed outline of what to expect when your package arrives, we recommend contacting your local customs office or the carrier company that’s responsible for delivering your package.

What if my package is being sent back to you?

Some packages are 'Returned to Sender' due to address issues, failed delivery attempts, unpaid duties, etc. Whatever the reason may be, you're in good hands and we can reship your package no problem! Contact us at info@cozyghost.ca with your order details (order number and name) if you think your package has been returned to us.
